Answer this question and you’ll understand what it is you need to shift in order to facilitate the learning. I guarantee that while doing what’s required in order to make the shift,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you’ll notice that Harry will either change or go away! It’s fascinating to observe what changes within our environment once we get our part in maintaining it as it has been.
You and a colleague, Harry are up for a promotion. You know you are the better person for the job, but Harry got the position. He’s pompous, arrogant and doesn’t have the leadership skills that inspire you to generate, well,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], anything. You scratch your head in disbelief that he was chosen over you.
Part of you,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], perhaps wants to sabotage Harry’s efforts and do whatever you can to expose him for the inadequate, incompetent individual that you see him to be; however,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], that goes against your integrity, and you may end up looking bad and feeling worse in the end.
My job as a transformational coach is not to fix, heal or convert clients, so they’ll have the answers to problems that they face. My job is to be a thinking partner, empowering clients to unravel all of the complexities that are bringing him or her to this dilemma and this choice-point.
This scenario is not uncommon. Probably 30% of my business clients are struggling with at least one particular individual that is a thorn in their side. They question their own sanity and the sanity of those who put the Harrys of the world in those positions. What do you do,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]?
The questions funnel down to just one:
Author's Bio:&nbsp,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych];
Our businesses systems are no different than our family systems,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], in that they are generated and driven by survival mechanisms that most likely operate from a fear-based paradigm. They have been cultivated through generations of personal relationships based on cultural, religious, gender and racial factors. Too often wisdom and common sense do not enter into the equation when it comes to how a business or family is operating. We take for granted and assume intelligence and maturity would be foundational to choosing directors, managers and leaders, but trust me, and you may know from your own experience, most people running businesses, departments and corporations function, to some degree, from the emotional intelligence of an adolescent. It makes sense that you are going to think you are smarter than your boss; in some ways you probably are; in other ways you probably aren’t.

Notice the Pattern
By the way, some of the Harry’s of the world are my clients too. Given an opportunity to look at what has them choose to choose to be how they be,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], they, too, willingly shift in support of a larger,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], more fulfilling outcome. Yey for us all!
It’s a dilemma.
If you go above Harry’s head to his boss, Glenda, you might be not only aggravate Harry but also be making it clear to Glenda that she may have made a choice that is creating negative consequences far beyond any expectations. She’s already regretting her choice and knows there’s nothing she can do.
What is it you are here to learn that has Harry be in your life, in this time,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], in this way?
The trick is to notice this pattern of operating. When you’re feeling smarter than – what’s the quality of the experience? Are you feeling righteous and arrogant, contemptuous and condescending? Do you feel frustrated and discouraged? What actions are you likely to take from righteous, condescending, frustrated and discouraged? What do you do to compensate for feeling this way? How do you avoid, distract,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], ignore or deny your own part in this dysfunctional process? By the way, we are all participating in having the Harry’s of the world be where they are.
Do you stay or do you go? Do you ask to get transferred? Do you stay and suck it up, because you need the job? Do you try to go around Harry, or do you do what you do best and ignore what Harry wants from you?
For some reason,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], even though the whole office knows of Harry’s incompetence, no one seems to take action. He’s that one rotten apple that spoils the whole barrel.
Entangled and embroiled in the cauldron of complexity of our work environment, its challenging to see all of this without a thinking partner or coach who can hold the bigger picture and who also holds you accountable for your participation in the unfolding of your life within this bigger picture. No coach or thinking partner? That’s okay. Just be willing to be truthful in answering the questions above. This alone will create a positive shift for you; and the Harry’s of the world will go POOF!
There are a lot of Harry’s and Harriets in the business world. As an administrative assistant, manager or whatever your position, you know you are smarter than your boss. You deserve his salary and every perk that goes along with his position, because you are working your butt off and he’s the one that is looking good! AAARRRGGHH!

Every now and then, I fall back into the don’t-feel mode. I start making self-judgments like “I should be okay with this already,” or “I shouldn’t get THAT angry, for heaven’s sake…” This usually means there is something I REALLY need to feel,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and I am busy convincing myself I am fine,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it’s all good, and I’ll just attend to a few more emails instead of stopping to feel.
After last week’s session, I drove home (blinking the tears of pain out of my eyes – the man has thumbs of steel) and got back to work. He’d done a new type of fascial release that hurt so much I thought I would pass out. He attacked muscles on the top of my head that were highly offended by the assault. Yet, it felt oddly good afterward. I sat, typing away at my desk.
We like to think we’re adults now, and tantrums are a 3-year-olds prerogative. Not so. There is nothing more freeing than letting loose your inner 3-year-old. I imagine that, like us, you’ll have a hard time not laughing when you’re done with your tantrum, especially if you really let yourself get into it. (I highly recommend grabbing a friend who’s willing to explore the tantrum concept, too. It’s more fun with company.)
3) Start complaining about whatever it is, or anything. (If you don’t have an actual complaint,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you can just make noise, too.) Stoop to your lowest levels. Say what you really want to say but aren’t letting yourself express. Use your bitchiest voice. Then yell. Get snarky. Mock. Whine. Judge. Channel your inner toddler. (Keep moving.)
4) Feel whatever emotion is there. Say what you feel. (Keep moving.) Let your movements express what you’re feeling in whatever way feels right. Be the drama queen. Go way over the top. (This will facilitate step 5.)
I believe deeply in honoring emotions, the body,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and the mind and how they work together. I decided I needed some help accessing what was stored in my body. I booked an appointment series with my chiropractor, who also does intense (by that I mean hideously painful) myofascial and deep tissue release. If I had any anger stored in my muscles and tissues, he would definitely help it start to flow.
I guess, for some reason, we always try to be so grown up. Why is that? Kids have way more fun. They are naturals at feeling and moving on,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], no stored tension necessary. Whatever changed you and me from a freely feeling four-year-old to a hold it in adult (yes, there are many experiences in life that, unfortunately, facilitate that process), it’s time to recapture our kid genius.
So, I encourage you to be a toddler when you need to feel through something. Have the moment. Let yourself go there. Let it all hang out. Stoop to your lowest levels. Then, you’ll rise up on the sweet aftermath, with laughter to carry you home – to you.
1) Queue up the issue you’re upset about in your mind. (If you don’t know what it is, that’s fine – you can start with the feeling instead.)
Author's Bio:
This past month, I noticed creeping tension accumulating in my back, and I knew I needed to feel something. I did some avoiding, then some distracting, and a little bit of eating. Strangely, none of that magically eliminated my tension. Finally, I took a deep breath and dove into my own psyche. I should have known. It was stored anger.

The tantrum came to a natural close, because we couldn’t continue long without exploding into fits of laughter. It was possibly the funniest thing, ever. I so wish you could see my mom having a tantrum. She is gifted. She is a genius. She knows how to let herself have the moment. How many times do we stop ourselves and say, “I shouldn’t really feel/think x….” when we just need a two-minute tantrum?
If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you know the drill. You know you have to feel emotions that arise on a daily basis, because avoiding and therefore storing them in your body creates tension and pain. Obviously, no one is going to be perfect at feeling emotions. However, I, like you, have the goal to feel as pain-free and healthy as possible. This keeps me motivated to continually allow myself to have emotions, albeit imperfectly.
I tried to get Mom to make a tantrum video, but she was a little shy. Maybe I’ll coerce her to give Tantrum Workshops with me. Somehow, I hope to convey her genius to you, because I think you’ll benefit in a huge way. For now, the written word is the best I can do. I’ve learned from the master,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but I don’t consider myself a fully trained tantrum instructor just yet.
How to Have a Conscious Tantrum
I really can’t recommend this enough. I employed it yesterday while having a wardrobe meltdown. (These recur at a regular monthly interval for some odd, completely inexplicable reason…) I felt completely hysterical about all of my clothes, and spent a good several hours ruminating on how awful they all look, before I remembered the Conscious Tantrum Technique. Ahhh, sweet relief. (Now seriously, aren’t you just a little intrigued by a tool that is powerful enough to release PMS mania? You’ve gotta try it.)
5) Laugh hysterically at yourself.
For me,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], anger is the hardest emotion. I’ve worked for years to allow sadness, and now I can pretty much allow myself a good cry whenever I need it. I’ve gotten much friendlier with fear, and I can allow it to be present for the most part. Anger, on the other hand, is almost always the culprit when I say to myself, “Gosh, I just don’t KNOW what I’m feeling. Hmmm. What on EARTH could it be?”
It might seem silly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but a tantrum done well is actually one of the most healing things you can do for yourself. First, you get to combine Conscious Complaining (at the top of your lungs, no less, or in scathing, mocking tones – soooo fun) with moving your whole body. There is something hugely powerful about that. Second,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you get to shake, punch, kick,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and otherwise pummel the air,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], releasing actual stored energy from your body. Third, you get to feel whatever you’re feeling, and it’s much easier to let it flow when you’re really getting into it physically. Fourth, you get to laugh at the end, which is one of the healthiest things you can do for yourself in general.
Not five minutes after my tantrum, my back loosened up. I felt lighter. I felt happy. I felt awake. My body was alive, fluid,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and strong. I was present. I told my mom she is a genius. She said she learned it from me, when I was a three-year-old. When I had tantrums as a kid, she used to join in, because, well, why not? My mom GETS kids, in a way that no one else I know does. She knows that you’ve just got to have the tantrum, and trying to stop it is futile. She knows that a little company during a tantrum makes it that much better. Somehow, I forgot, as my adult self, this gem of wisdom. I am grateful to have recovered it.
2) Start moving. Wiggle your shoulders, shake your arms, make air punches – just do anything your body wants to do. Keep moving.
A couple of days later, I was visiting my mom, chatting with her in the kitchen. I told her about the anger explosion, and she said, “Oh, yes, I like to have tantrums when that happens.” I’ve tossed around the word tantrum before, but I had a sense something really good was about to be revealed. Sure enough, she began to demonstrate, and something indescribable came over me. It was a sense of relief, a giant easing of years of tension. It was permission to let go. She really got INTO the tantrum. She yelled. She mocked. She moved her whole body. It was spectacular, and impossible not to join in. Pretty soon I was having a tantrum, too. I was shaking all parts of my body, I was being a three-year-old, and I was letting it all out. It was kind of like a tantrum dance, though lying down and kicking our legs was still involved. (Stolen from the classic 3-year-old tantrum move.)
Suddenly, a tsunami of anger exploded into my awareness. Wow. I did some Conscious Complaining, I felt it, I talked to a fellow coach. I thought I was doing pretty good, allowing the anger to flow. Yet, the muscle tension was still there. I was a little puzzled.

Next week is the Green Goddess Apprentice Week,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the biggest event of the year at the Wise Woman Center. It is quite demanding on me: I tend to the students, create the menu, shop, cook,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], organize my co-teachers and my helpers (and yell at them as needed), take care of the goats and rabbits, and, oh yes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], teach. She is thrilled to be joining Whitefeather and I as teachers at the Green Goddess Apprentice week. So, no surprise, I probably won’t get around to doing an ezine next week. I leave the door open,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but no promises.
But enough of that,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Come. Let’s sit with Queen Anne and listen to her stories.

Your retina is a structure at the back of your eye that light reflects onto through the front lens of your eye,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and helps you see. When the retina becomes detached, it’s because a tear has somehow developed in the vitreous humor – the jelly-like part of the eye. The retina then separates partially, or completely,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], away from the back of the eye, which is the source of blood and oxygen supply to the retina. If medical attention is not immediately sought to repair the retinal detachment,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it can result in permanent loss of vision. Often times, the tear can be fixed right in your ophthalmologist’s office with a laser or by putting a gas bubble into the eye. Other times it may require inpatient surgery in a hospital.
What Is Retinal Detachment?
Natural Health News-
One of the most anxiety producing health issues for my patients concerns the impairment, or possible loss of, their vision as they get older. These vision changes can range from not being able to read fine print without glasses or more serious conditions, like retinal detachment,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], that can cause permanent vision loss. Chances are you’ll never get a retinal detachment (RD), but I’d like you to know more about it so you can prevent it and/or recognize its possible symptoms.
Stay well,
Stay well hydrated. Your eyes are mostly water. If your body is dehydrated, your eye tissues are going to suffer as well. Drink half your weight in water every day.
Optimize nutrition. Eye-specific vitamin/mineral supplements help support vision, keep eye tissues supple, and provide critical antioxidants. Take 1 daily. Some people have also reported success with floaters by supplementing with hyaluronic acid.
Protect your eyes. Wear sunglasses, visor and/or hat outdoors to prevent damaging oxidation from the sun and keep out flying debris that can damage the eye.
Retinal detachment,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], thankfully, is relatively uncommon, occurring in about 1 in 10,000 people in the United States every year. Rest assured though that almost all RD’s can be successfully treated without loss of vision. Do everything possible to support and keep your eyes healthy. Keep regular eye exams and see an ophthalmologist immediately if you experience concerning symptoms.

Can You Prevent Retinal Detachment,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]?
One research study may be concerning, regarding a certain class of antibiotics, fluoroquinolones, trade name Cipro, being associated with RDs. A group of people with RD’s were studied and a significant percentage of them had undergone a course of Cipro preceding their RD. The jury is still out on this possible association, but if you’re prescribed Cipro, you may want to ask your doctor if you can switch to a different antibiotic.
Symptoms of Retinal Detachment
Mark Rosenberg, M.D.
Ophthalmologic researchers say that RD is likely caused by age-related breakdown of the vitreous humor as it tends to thicken and shrink as we get older. This puts it at greater risk from breaking away from the retina,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Some research also points to nutritional causes of vitreous humor breakdown namely dehydration,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], lack of antioxidants and vitamin C. The vitreous humor is mostly water and a smaller part is HA – hyaluronic acid – a type of collagen/protein building block also present in your joints. Vitamin C helps build this collagen throughout your body. Trauma, previous cataract surgery, diabetes, hypertension can all be contributing factors for developing RD.
Many researchers say that RD is a function of aging, wear and tear of the eye and really nothing can be done to prevent it. To me, that’s like saying there’s nothing you can do to slow down aging or decrease your chance of illness and that’s just not true. Your eye tissues can be built up and fortified just as the other tissues of your body. I feel that increasing the integrity of your eye tissues can decrease your chance of developing RD.
Floaters. Technically called posterior vitreous detachments,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], “floaters” are very common in one, or both, eyes, as you get older. Many of my patients have them. They are little black spots, or dark threads, that move around in your field of vision that are a result of microscopic pieces of vitreous humor debris that gets suspended there. They often dissolve on their own after a few months. A sudden array of many floaters, however, may signal impending RD and you should see a doctor.
Light flashes. These can be little firefly-like bleeps of light in your peripheral vision, or a more dramatic camera-flash at the side of your eye. These are caused by the vitreous humor tugging on the retina – the light processor of the eye. Like floaters,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], their presence doesn’t necessarily mean a retinal detachment has occurred but a sudden, dramatic appearance of light flashes needs a fast trip to your ophthalmologist to rule out RD.
Loss of vision. Experiencing sudden darkening of your vision in one eye, like a shadow, or curtain, moving across your eye, warrants immediate ophthalmologic attention. This could mean retinal detachment. If the darkening comes on gradually over days, you may be in the process of retinal detachment. Quick treatment may prevent a full RD.
What Causes Retinal Detachment?
The symptoms of a retinal detachment are most always painless. Experiencing some, or all of the symptoms listed, does not necessarily mean you’ve experienced a retinal detachment. It does mean that you should get to an ophthalmologist as soon as possible to be examined. If your symptoms seem serious enough,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you should go to an emergency room at a hospital if your ophthalmologist is not available. Here’s what to look for:

First,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you have to ask yourself if you are getting into a rut. If you have forgotten to laugh, well it's no longer fun. I have to remind myself that I have to stop trying to control the things that I have no control over. The only person I can change is me. I have found that if I make a pact with myself to actually enjoy being with my friends,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], or whatever it is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], my brain will stop making lists and worrying about the next project. The main thing is, stop being so serious. Turn off the cell phone once in awhile. Turn off the computer (not now,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], keep reading).
Here are a few things that I have found to be helpful when I'm under the illusion that I am Wonder Woman. Well, I AM,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but you know what I mean. I am constantly wondering what it is I have forgotten to do or what I shouldn't have done!
Another clue that you need to slow down is when the little things start to seem way more important than they really are. So the spouse didn't put the breakfast plate in the dishwasher. Viewed in proper context,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], this really is not a big deal. Stopping for a moment to remind yourself of this will be a much better start to your day. I know that's not an easy thing to do at times, but there are way worse things. Concentrate on what you appreciate about your spouse instead.
Something that really helps is to start each day with the goal of eliminating items on your list and vowing to create your own day. You are in charge. You are the manager of your life. Do you suppose you and I are the only people who are way too busy and always trying to do too much? Probably not. But it sure feels that way sometimes. You know the feeling when you're in the middle of something and your mind is already on the next thing? That doesn't leave any room to enjoy the present experience does it? If it has been a long time since you've really experienced life,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], then it is definitely time slow down before it whizzes on by.
Secondly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], for just this week give your entire attention to something you enjoy. It's okay to let your mind wander on its own and get clear of the clutter. For just a couple times a week,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], let the obligations take care of themselves and see if you like it. I find it revitalizing and feel better able to keep myself on track when I do this.

Author&#039,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych];s Bio:
This happens automatically when we learn from a great teacher, whether in person, through books, or by someone’s stirring life example, such as Buddha or Ghandi. I have been fortunate to have had a great mentor,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Rev. Denton Roberts, who guided me through re-formatting my own personality and beliefs,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and then taught me how to be a caring and effective counselor. I have written previously about how wounded I was,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and how Denton helped me learn to heal myself.
Oprah Winfrey opened her school in South Africa in January, and was both praised and criticized. The criticism was that she was spending too much money on too few girls, because her school was lavish, free, and could only accommodate less than 200 girls. Aside from the fact that Oprah is entitled to spend her money any way she sees fit, I think it is a worthwhile enterprise, and that the people who criticize her are short-sighted.
His teachings and examples are now part of my consciousness, and I use them to help others, sometimes giving him credit for the ideas, sometimes not. Teachers of other things,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], such as my wonderfully healing voice coach, Marvellee and her late husband,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], Daniel Cariaga, who gave much more than just musical wisdom, add to the storehouse of what I can pay forward. All the great thinkers in psychology whose books I have read,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], such as James Hillman and Thomas Szasz also influence my work and their ideas pass on to my clients. Loving friends are teachers, too.
Then, those I have worked with use what they’ve learned with others I’ll never know. Clients can be teachers, too—I learn from my clients every day,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and pay what I learn forward to future clients. Can you imagine the web of wisdom building as we all help one another with what we learn?
One of the things I’ve come to see as my life and career progress is that whatever we do to help one person has far more influence than we can realize. Each person we teach, encourage, or help to heal is then empowered to carry that teaching, encouragement and healing on to others. The inspiring book and movie, both titled “Pay It Forward,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],” puts this concept in the form of a type of debt—instead of paying people back for what they’ve done for us (which isn’t always possible) the pay it forward concept urges us to pay the debt to others who need it.
You are part of this web,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we all are. Everyone who influences you positively was in turn taught by someone before them—the web stretches back to Plato, to Jesus, to Moses, to the great Arabic and Asian thinkers who first devised the numbers we use.

Whether or not you have children to follow after you,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you will leave behind a legacy. It’s your positive influence on others, on life, and on this shrinking planet we live on, and it never dies. The web will remain, nurturing a supporting human life for as long as it exists, and your influence will be a part of it. © Tina B.Tessina, 2007
We all recognize that we can be influenced negatively, that we can be brought down by scary newscasts, violent and cynical movies and tv, but this web of positive influence is so much more powerful and important. “People and peoples come and go, live and die,” writes Robert Wright in Non Zero, “But their [ideas], like their genes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], persist. When all the trading and plundering and warring is done, bodies may be lying everywhere, and social structure may be in disarray. Yet in the process, culture, the aggregate menu of [ideas] on which society can draw, may well have evolved.”
What I don’t think they realize is that the new school will hopefully empower the girls who attend, and help them grow into young women with a mission. Their mission will be to help others, and will create a web of influence far greater than anyone can foresee.

2. Don’t continue to explore if the person is not an ideal client.
When you embark into a career in transformational coaching,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it is easy to fall into the mindset that this job should be approached as many other jobs are. This is simply not the case. Transformational coaching is different because it does not rely on transformational sales tactics. While securing clients is essential to success, there are no high pressure situations,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], no push to close a deal, and no manipulations required. The beauty of the whole system is based in simple connections with people who need your services. Doing it any other way would be a violation of the whole concept.

3. Don’t push yourself or attempt to force your services on to anyone,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
1,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Don’t launch a full presentation of your services before knowing if there is a vibrational match.
So, what should you not do? Here are the top three mistakes to avoid when becoming a transformational coach!
This is a huge deal for new coaches because the situation will often arise when someone asks how you would work with them as a coach. While nearly everyone you come in contact with should be viewed as a potential client, you must begin by engaging them in a conversation about any challenges that they may be facing in their life. This will allow you to judge whether or not you could benefit them as a transformational coach. In many cases,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], rushing into your skill set can set you and your client up to be matched improperly,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], resulting in little or no results.
Even when exploring the topic of transformational coaching and asking about life challenges with a potential client, make sure to keep the conversation very low key. Don’t ever approach from a selfish place or look at a person as you would a sale. If you always draw your exchanges from a true willingness to serve and help others,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], marvelous things will happen for you. By keeping your focus on connecting with people from a place of serving, you will be able to maintain clarity in every situation that arises.
The biggest advantage that a transformational coach has is confidence in their client and confidence in their coaching system. As a transformational coach,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it is essential to only accept vibrationally matched clients in order to maintain this level of confidence. By continuing to explore a coach/client relationship with an individual who is not ideal, you will be setting yourself up for possible failure. In addition,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you will be doing your client a disservice.

Learning from past mistakes that others have made allows you to sidestep them in your own path and more quickly obtain your goal. In fact,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], focusing on what not to do can often lead you down the path that is most effective and rewarding!

When we begin to focus less on the actual changes we see, but on the emotional landscape of the changers that so inspire us, we can access the same power that will catapult our lives and visions in the same fashion. When we put less focus on the finished product and more on the internal emotional climate necessary to create “the product” we gain greater insight on how to make similar changes ourselves and more
importantly...how to sustain them.
Where do we truly find inspiration? The kind of inspiration that makes us step back and evaluate the track we are on. What kind of moments, observations and epiphanies really inspire us to look deeper at our choices, lives and habits? Is it in the book we just read or the movie that moved us? Perhaps. Or are the most profound moments of inspiration less obvious, less direct?

Perhaps we underestimate the more subtle but deeper triggers that take us to new heights and inspire real change. Moments we observe the greatness of another in the ordinary. For example,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], when we observe the courage one has to speak up on a topic of passion or live a lifestyle foreign from our own and it inspires us,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], could this mark the first whisper that hints at our own desires and potentials? It is in the small but extraordinary choices observed in others that hit a personal cord in us toward our own transformation. When we are motivated,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], something is pushing us but when we are inspired,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], something has been ignited within us.
Witnessing the greatness in another can launch a sort of inner lift to reach greater heights ourselves,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], however they may be defined. It is our human nature to want to grow,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], expand and be more. If someone on our path displays an area of growth we long (consciously or unconsciously) to embody,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we will feel inspired. When we are inspired,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], we move to make changes. We often begin this process with action steps and plans. Although valuable and necessary, a more essential step may be in recognizing the necessary emotional landscape one needs to sustain the desired change. It could call for greater courage,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], conviction or faith.

Before you start investing in real estate, you will have to settle on what type of property is good for you. For beginners of property investment buying,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the good option for you is rental houses or apartments. This will provide a regular income and there is lots of information available if you want to try as landlord for small residential properties.
It is true that with stock market you can get higher profit if everything goes well, but investing in stocks can also be too risky. The stock price gets more affected easily by the slightest change in the economy, so you can say it is more unstable than real estate market. You also need to have a good timing when investing in the stock exchange since they fluctuate by the day.
However, in any type of investing there are also some drawback in real estate. One of them is that the price of the property would remain stagnant for many years and there is also a possibility that the value will decrease. Another known drawback in property investment buying is when you go for rentals there can also be a time that there will be high rate in vacancy and you will not be able to find tenant for a long period of time which can badly affect your return of investment.
Other benefit you will acquire from property investment buying is capital growth. According to analyst,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the price of properties double up in every seven years making your asset grow in value and will earn you more money if you decide to sell the property in the future. You can still get something out of the economic downturn since the price of the properties depreciate so you can take advantage of it and earn more than the money you spent on buying the property. You will get your return of investment if you will have this rented out and as the value rises, you can sell the property at a higher price.
So it is important that you learn more about the pros and cons if you want to invest in real estate,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. You may also ask for professional help so that you will be assisted and be given a good option on what sort of property you can invest on,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].

Unlike the other forms of investment, you will get more benefits when it comes to property investment buying. The value of properties is more stable compared to stock prices. And you will not need to worry too much about losing all your money when the market goes down.
As for real estate investing,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], it can also get affected by the economic slump but this is not as volatile as the stock market. If you are a real estate investor and would like to have a steady source of income,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you can have your property rented out. You can also collect a higher rent if you will have it upgraded and equip with modern amenities.
When you invest in real estate, you can also have the tax benefits. All expenses incurred for the property's maintenance, loan interests and agent's fees are considered tax deductibles. Depreciation of property can be claimed as deductibles on your tax returns.
If you want to use your money in a worthwhile venture or to increase revenue,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], you might as well go for property investment buying. There is an opportunity for you to make larger profits and you would not have to worry about facing big risks when you invest in real estate. There a lot of people who have been investing in properties over the years so that just show that this is something worth to be considered.

Make all the mistakes you can and learn from them; when you do approach the real market with a real trading platform at your disposal - you will understand the sensitivities of investing in the market and avoid the most obvious pit falls. A Forex simulated game is a good way for you to try your hand at the market - it pits yourself against a competitive environment that allegorically reflects the competitive and sometimes stressful environment of the paper trade. Also,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], think about talking to current investors and those that work in financial institutions (those that deal directly with the online paper trade) and get as much advice from them as possible.
The FX trade is a trillion-dollar a day turnover market,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which means there is always a piece of the pie out there for you; you just have to stick to certain principles to make things work for you and of course avert disaster. No one wants to crash out of the marker with bad investment decisions. One of the good ways to approach the Forex market is to sign up for either a virtual Forex game or a dummy account that allows you to learn the intricacies of the market without the dangers of actually investing and losing money. The best lessons are borne from the crucible of explosive experiences and with this,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], dummy accounts gives you the simulated environments you need to dive into to know whether Forex is the right sort of market for you.
It is one of the best ways to research and gain information about a market that can make you money or surprise you with a market movement you did not expect. Market psychology is something you need to know about and a lot of good investors will tell you that media monitoring of world events (especially economical and political events) are just the sort of thing you need to know about when it comes to investing. This means that any worldwide sweeping event has the potential to jitter and excite the market,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], so be prepared for any eventualities and have as much information on your side as you possibly can when investing. These are just some of the pointers you should know about when you want to make currency trade work for you. With the pointers mentioned above,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], and the right combination of hard work,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], dedication and luck; you will find financial independence in currency trading.
